1. POWER ENERGY
Power stations in Moscow
. The technology realized at 9 power stations allows receiving makeup water of the required quality. At the same time the waste waters of these water treatment plants do not effect the environment and may be discharged to drainage.
- BPP (Block Power Plant) -24. Low pressure reverse osmosis unit with capacity 35 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.

- BPP-26. Low pressure reverse osmosis unit with capacity 35 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.
- DPP (District Power Plant) Biryulyovo. Low pressure reverse osmosis unit with capacity 70 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.

- DPP Kuntsevo. Low pressure reverse osmosis unit with capacity 100 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.

- 2nd line TPP IMBC "Moscow-City". Supplied and set to operation the following units: phosphate preparing and dosing units, ammonia water dosing unit, alkali dosing unit.
- DPP Lenino-Dachnoye. Supplied and set to operation units for alkalization permeate and makeup water.

DPP Lyublino. Supplied and set up to operation the following units: pretreatment units, preparing and dosing units, alkalization units for permeate, makeup water, cleaning solution, complexon and antiscalant dosing.

- Novosibirsk (Heat and Power Plant) HPP-4 (Novosibirsk).
Ultrafiltration unit with capacity 180 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation (
see photo).
- HPP-2 (Novosibirsk). Ultrafiltration unit with capacity 140 m3/hr (see photo).
- HPP-3 (Novosibirsk). Ultrafiltration unit with capacity 110 m3/hr.
- HPP Looch (Belgorod). Sodium cation-exchange unit. Supplied and set to operation.

(Gas-Reciprocating Power Plant) GRPP (Yamalo-Nenetsk AR). Dosing units for water correction, deoxygenation, softening. Supplied and set to operation.
- KDD-5 JSC. The filtration and deironing system, 1-st and 2-nd step ion-exchange softening system, sodium hydroxide proportional dosing ENERGO-DP series system, automatic control of treated water system for the boiler house at Tomilino town (Moscow region) has been supplied. The water treatment plants for 8 boiler houses at Ivanovo city and Ivanovo region also has been supplied.
- Pervomayskaya CHPP (part of Schekinoazot JSC, Tula region). Reverse osmosis system with 50 m3/h capacity has been supplied and set to operation.
- Cherepetskaya state district power station (SDPS) (Tula region). Three ultrafiltration systems (capacity is 37 m3/h each), three reverse osmosis systems combined with ultraviolet disinfection and membrane decarbonization units (capacity is 26 m3/h each, see photo) as the parts of water treatment plant and dosing systems (see photo1 and photo2) for the circulation water cooling system has been supplied.
- Dzhubginskaya thermal power plant (TPP) (Krasnodar region). The water treatment plant, consists of pretreatment units, reverse osmosis units, CIP unit and mixing and dosing of chemicals units has been supplied and set to operation (see photo).
 
- Kazanskaya CHPP-2 (Tatarstan). The mobile containerized mixing and dosing of sodium hydroxide and ammonia solutions system (see photo) for the boiler feed water treatment has been supplied and set to operation. Another chemicals mixing and dosing systems had been supplied:
     1. Ammonia solution dosing system equipped with ammonia vapors absorbers and sorbent life-time indicator;
     2. Sodium hydroxide dosing system;
     3. Oxyethylidenediphosphonic (OEDP) acid dosing system;
     4. Chelamin solution dosing to the high pressure drum of waste heat boiler;
     5. Chelamin solution dosing to the boiler feed water.
The mobile containerized explosion-proof mixing and dosing of 1% ammonia solution system had been supplied and set to operation.
- Priargunsky Mining and Chemical Works JSC (part of the ASC ROSATOM). The technical documentation titled The reconstruction of the water pretreatment plant for the 1-st and 3-rd lines of makeup demineralizer. Chemical workshop of CHPP has been developed.
- Vladimirskaya CHPP-2 (city of Vladimir) reconstruction. Two double-staged reverse osmosis systems with 14 m3/h of 2-nd pass permeate capacity each (see photo), dosing of antiscalant, biocide, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions systems, two continuous electrodeionization systems with 13 m3/h capacity each (see photo), treated water automatic control system (by conductivity, sodium content and pH parameters) (see photo) has been supplied and set to operation.
- Serovskaya SDPS (Ekaterinborough region, city of Serov). The equipment and materials for the hydrazine, phosphates and ammonia storage and dosing systems has been supplied.
- Cherepovetskaya SDPS (Vologda region, city of Cherepovets). The following systems had been supplied and set to operation:
     1. Phosphates solution dosing for the boiler water treatment (see photo1 and photo2);
     2. Ammonia solution dosing for the feed boiler water treatment (see photo1 and photo2); 
     3. Hydrazine solution dosing for the feed boiler water treatment (see photo).
- Nizhnevartovskaya SDPS. Two propylene glycol dosing systems has been supplied. One system is for general purpose and another one is explosion proof type.
- Geothermal power station Mytnovskaya (Kamchatka peninsula). The chelamin solution dosing system to boiler feed water has been supplied.
- Berezovskaya SDPS (part of E.ON Russia, Krasnoyarsk region). The ammonia solution dosing systems (capacity is 8 l/h and 97 l/h), three sodium hydroxide solution dosing systems and one sulfuric acid dosing system has been supplied and set to operation.
- Grazhdanskaya boiler house (city of Saint-Peterborough). The water treatment plant with capacity up to 45 cub.m/h has been supplied. Parts of the water treatment plant are following: three granulated activated carbon filters (diameter is 2 m, capacity is 20 cub.m/h each); microfiltration system with capacity up to 60 cub.m/h; two reverse osmosis machines with capacity of 45 cub.m/h each; mixing and dosing of sodium hydroxide solution systems; ultraviolet sanitization system; clean-in-place system; water treatment plant automatic control system.
- Nizhneturinskaya SPDS (city of Nizhnyaya Tura, Ekaterinborough region). The propylene glycol dosing system has been supplied.
Pervomayskaya HPP-14 (city of Saint-Peterborough). The water treatment plant equipment for the boiler feed water making has been supplied, incuding:
     1. Three ultrafiltration systems with 36 cub.m/h capacity each;
     2. Coagulant solution mixing system;
     3. Coagulant solution dosing system;
     4. Pressurized coagulation tank;
     5. Air compressors assembly;
     6. Sulfuric acid dosing system;
     7. Clean-in-place assembly for ultrafiltration systems;
     8. Three reverse osmosis machines with 22 cub.m/h capacity each;
     9. Sodium hypochlorite solution dosing system
    10. Antiscalant solution missing and dosing system;
    11. Sodium bisulphate solution mixing and dosing systems;
    12. Sodium hydroxide solution mixing and dosing system;
    13. Citric acid solution mixing and dosing system;
    14. Clean-in-place assembly for reverse osmosis machines.
 In addition the absorbers, sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solutions dosing systems (for the circulating cooling water system) and sodium phosphate solution mixing, sodium phosphate solution dosing, ammonia solution mixing and dosing systems (for the boiler feed water treatment) has been supplied.
- Verhnetagilskaya SDPS (city of Verhniy Tagil, Ekaterinborough region). Ultraviolet organic matter destruction system with capacity of 20 cub.m/h, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions static mixers has been supplied.
- Yakutskaya SDPS-2 (city of Yakutsk). The propylene glycol dosing systems has been supplied.
- Huadian Teninskaya HPP (city of Yaroslavl). Sodium phosphate 2% solution mixing and dosing systems, ammonia 1% solution mixing and dosing systems, hydrazine-hydrate 0.1% solution mixing and dosing systems has been supplied.

- Atomstroyexport CJSC. Participation in technical project development of desalting system for nuclear power plant Belene (Republic of Bulgaria).
 
- Russian academy of sciences A.N. Frumkin Institute of Physical chemistry and Electrochemistry (IPCE RAS). The ultrafiltration system for the low-level radioactive wastes recycling with 500 l/h capacity (see photo) has been supllied.
- Federal Research-and-production center Scientific Research Institute of Measuring Systems (city of Nizhny-Novgorod, part of the ASC ROSATOM). The reverse osmosis system ENERGO series (capacity of 0,5 cub.m/h) for the immersion gilding technological line has been supplied and set to operation (see photo). The electrodeionization cells by GE has been supplied.
- All-Russian Research Institute of Chemical Technology (ARRICT, part of ASC ROSATOM). The pilot system for the technological adjustment of liquid radioactive wastes of uranium-mining plants recycling has been developed and supplied (see photo).
- Belorussian nuclear power plant, power-generating units 1 and 2 (Republic of Belorussia). The materials of technical project titled Main equipment cooling system.
- Russian Federal Nuclear CenterAll-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics (part of the ASC ROSATOM, city of Sarov). The feasibility study and technical design specification of waste water treatment for special laundry complex has been done.
The continuous electrodeionization system with 150 cub.m/h capacity and water pretreatment system has been developed and supplied.
The equipment of autonomous complex for liquid radioactive and industrial wastes recycling and concentrating has been developed and and supplied. The capacity of system is up to 0.7 cub.m/h by feed waste water and less than 0.06 cub.m/h by concentrated liquid radioactive waste water.
- Leningrad NPP-2 (city of Sosnoviy Bor, St.-Peterborough region). The correctional water treatment systems and corrosion test bench for the 1-st and 2-nd power units has been developed and supplied. 

6. ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY

- Izhevsk radio plant (Izhevsk). Reverse osmosis unit with capacity 3 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.
- OJO-GEO Impulse International (Ufa). Reverse osmosis unit with capacity 5 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.
- Sarapulsk radio plant (Udmurtia). Water treatment system for printed-circuit boards with capacity 3 m3/hr. Supplied and set to operation.
- JSC Research Center of Electronics and Computers. Iron removal system, reverse osmosis system (8 m3/h), ion exchange filters. pH correction system for galvanic waste waters treatment. Supplied and set to operation.
- Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Instrument-making Plant (Chelyabinsk Region). Water treatment system for the production of printed circuit boards (3 m3/h).
Supplied and set to operation.
- Federal State Unitary Enterprise Scientific and Production Enterprise Istok. Deionized water treatment system (water brand "A") with the distribution system and temperature control. Supplied and set to operation.
- Industrial Corporation Elektropribor JSC (city of Penza). The water treatment system for deionized water production, double-pass reverse osmosis with 15 cub.m/h capacity by 2-pass permeate including (see photo), has been supplied and set to operation. The technological equipment and process automation system for galvanic waste water recycling has been supplied.
The water treatment plant with following components has been supplied:
- 1-st pass reverse osmosis machine ENERGO series with 15 cub.m/h capacity;
- 2-nd pass reverse osmosis machine ENERGO series with 3 cub.m/h capacity with mixed bed filter for deionized water production;
- two mixed bed filtration system for deionized water production for PCB manufacturing.
- Scientific and Production Plant Radiosvyaz (city of Krasnoyarsk). Reverse osmosis based water treatment system and materials for deionized water production has been supplied.
- Saratov electro assembly production association (SEPO-ZEM, LLC). Double pass reverse osmosis system with the capacity of 15 cub.m/h by permeate for deionized water production has been supplied (see photo).
- FSUE Federal Science and Production Center Production Association START (part of the ASC ROSATOM, Penza region). The deionized water production system for the PCB rinsing has been supplied and set to operation (see photo).
- FSUE "SPA "Analitpribor" (city of Smolensk). Double pass reverse osmosis system ENERGO series (capacity of 4,5 cub.m/h by 1-st pass permeate) has been supplied and set to operation.
- Information Satellite Systems JSC (city of Krasnoyarsk). The reverse osmosis system ENERGO-0240 (capacity of 200 l/h) for automated immersion gilding technological line has been supplied and set to operation  (see photo).
- Stavropolsky radio details plant Signal (city of Stavropol). The water treatment system for deionized water producing (1,5 cub.m/h of water meets to cat.2 GOST 9.314-90, 0,5 cub.m/h of water meets to cat.3 GOST 9.314-90) for PCB manufacturing has been supplied and set to operation. The water treatment system includes ENERGO-2560 (1-st pass) and ENERGO-0470 reverse osmosis machines.

- Russian complex of chemical weapons utilization (Kurgan region). Reverse osmosis unit with capacity 10,8 m3/hr for waste waters concentration, dosing systems. Supplied and set to operation.

- SIBPROMSTROY LLC (city of Nizhnevartovsk). Mobile flocculant solution dosing system has been developed and set to operation (see photo).
- Special design office of experimental equipment by Institute of Biomedical Problems RAS. The static urine separator SRM-2 for International space station has been developed, constructed and land tested by the task of Roscosmos.

- Chistaya companya LLC. The plate-and-frame ultrafiltration units (see photo) for car washes at Krasnaya Polyana (city of Sochi), Serpuhov and Mytischi (Moscow region) and VOLVO-center (city of Moscow) has been developed and supplied.
- PCB technologii LLC (city of Moscow). Deionized water producing system with capacity of 25 l/h has been supplied.
- Rest home Sheremetevsky by President administarion. Drinking water system reconstruction has been done.
- EUROFONTAIN company. The water treatment equipment for two fountains at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and for the fountain at shopping center at Tula has been supplied and set to operation.
- AGC Borsky glass works, JSC (Nizhny Novgorod region). The water treatment system with capacity of 2,75 cub.m/h has been supplied and set to operation.
- 345 MZ JSC (city of Balashikha). Six mixing and dosing of coagulant solution systems with different mixing tanks (volume of 500, 200 and 60 liters) has been supplied.
- Krasnoyrsky non-ferrous plant JSC (city of Krasnoyarsk). Pilot ultrafiltration system for treatment of poor saline waste waters (see photo) has been supplied.
- Baltisky plant Shipbuilding LLC (city if Saint-Peterborough). The water treatment plant for deionized and degassed water producing with 3,5 cub.m/h capacity has been supplied and set to operation.
- Skolkovo innovative center (city of Moscow). The water treatment system with capacity of 13 cub.m/h (see photo) has been supplied.

8. OBJECTS OF GE WATER & PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES (USA) WITH PARTICIPATION OF HYDROTECH

Concern Stirol JSC, Ukraine. Water treatment plant reconstruction. The clarifiers and mechanical filters has been replaced by ultrafiltration plant with a total capacity of 2400 m3/h. The utilization of ultrafiltration process has resulted in removing of suspended solids and iron, reducing of SDI in 6 times and permanganate oxidation in  3 times. Using of the water treatment membrane technologies has significantly reduced operational costs. The payback period for the installation was 2.5 years.
-  LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez JSC (city of Perm). Supplying and commissioning of complete water treatment system. The total capacity of the reverse osmosis plant is 250 m3/h.
- Kazanorgsintez JSC (
city of Kazan). The complex water treatment plant has been supplied. The reverse osmosis plant with total capacity of 400 m3/h has been set in operation. The pretreatment equipment is conventional filtration; the deionization equipment is mixed bed filtarion.
- Mineral fertilizers JSC (
city if Perm). Two reverse osmosis machines with 200 m3/h capacity has been supplied.
